Abstract: Building SBR reactor with Lipp technology was introduced£® Principles£¬building technology£¬reactor material£¬basement£¬airproof and the fixing of manhole were all illuminated£® This new technology was compared with the traditionalones£¬and a few of merits and shortcomings were discussed£® Several application examples and the relevant improvementmethods were put forward£® Through introducing the theory£¬characteristic and scope of usage of the Lipp technologyapplied to the northern urban wastewater treatment would be known by more people£¬and the technology would be widelyused in future£®
